Dark, dark red and lots of dark fruit, plum, cassis, black cherry. The nose is typically Rhône, with some yeasty undertones and earth. Some tannins at the close but very pleasant. Let it sit for a while to open up and it gets even better. I have had other years and each one has been great, so I am sure I’ll have keep buying it in the future.
