A Cava to Match French Cuisine
Golden colour with very small fine rising beads. Yeasty attack on the nose with hints of ripe banana, pineapple, jammy aromas. Smooth and silky mouth feel, greasy texture, long rounded finish. Tthis is not a cave to sit on the terrace and wolf down with friends but one to match with complex fish or chicken dishes served with rich creamy sauce à la Française (filet de poisson sauce béchamel ou poulet sauce carbonara aux champignons).Will probably complement a young creamy cow-based cheese.
