A top of the line Beaujolais, with enough body to stand up to stronger foods, but still light enough for the back porch on a hot Florida afternoon. Ruby colored and a little hazy, it has a cherry front that continues, but doesn’t grow, throughout. There are other Morgon’s that are bolder and I would pick those first, but I wouldn’t turn up my nose if you were pouring this.
