About the winery

For more than four generations, the most important thing for the Mitjans family has been the care of their vineyards with the aim of achieving the best quality for their wines and cavas.

Can Mayol estate is located in the Penedès region and it is the base for the production of our wines. Year after year it gives us the raw material to make our own wines and cavas. Its grapes are the Penedès autochthon varieties: Macabeu, Xarel·lo and Parellada, although in recent years we have introduced new varieties in our plantation such as Chardonnay, Merlot, Pinot Noir and so on.
Thanks to dedication and perseverance of men and their union with the land, we get an excellent wine, the base for the best cava.

Sobre la bodega

Durante más de cuatro generaciones, lo más importante para la familia Mitjants ha sido cultivar sus viñedos con el objetivo de conseguir la mejor calidad para sus vinos y cavas.

La finca de Can Mayol está situada en l'Alt Penedès y tiene más. Es la base para la producción de nuestros vinos. Año tras año, nos da la materia prima para nuestros vinos y cavas. Las uvas son de las variedades autóctonas del Penedès, Macabeu, Xarel·lo y Parellada, aunque en años recientes hemos introducido nuevas variedades como por ejemplo Chardonnay, Merlot, Pinot Noir y otros.
Gracias a la dedicación y perseveración de los hombres y a su unión con la tierra, conseguimos un vino excelente, la base para el mejor cava.
