Interesting part of the Beaujolais line up
A little thin, but to be expected from the lower end DuBeouf stable. Beautiful deep purple, with decent feel on the palate. Started with non-descript red berries and mid-way through there was a tartness, finally finishing with a distinct sweet taste on the palate that lasted a second or two. Pleasant enough, particularly since I never had a Chiroubles, but next I would try a smaller producer.
