   Vinexus - Infinity of Wine
This black berry grape variety has become famous for its unmistakable “softness”. Produced only with grapes from its own vineyards in the most renowned areas of the Valdadige, north of the Garda lake, this grape variety has always been cultivated in Venetia. Nonetheless, it is only recently that producers have started devoting attention to it and selecting clones that generate richer grapes hence considerably reducing the production per stump. Elegant wine with a great personality and with pleasant notes of soft fruit.Colour: Average intensity ruby red. Nose: Vinous, intense with notes of prunes, blackcurrant and blackberry. Taste: Full and velvety, harmonious with moderate tannins and sensations of ripe fruits.Winemaking technique: Traditional technique used for red grapes with maceration on the skins (6/7 days), fermentation at controlled temperature (26/28°C) and maturing in stainless steel containers for 6/8 months.Storing: In general it is best to drink this wine when it is fairly young, in order to fully appreciate the fragrance and integrity of the fruit. However, the potential of this wine remains unaltered for a few years. Our recommendation is to keep the bottle in horizontal position and stored in a dark, fresh place at fixed humidity and temperature.
