Taste – smooth and full-bodied, with well integrated tannins which provide notable balance and duration; the intense aftertaste sensation is of rich vanilla and dark fruits.
Matching dishes - it is ideal with roasts and wild game, and it is an excellent accompaniment for cured meats and aged cheese.

Profumo – intenso, ampio ed elegante, con piacevoli sentori di frutti a bacca rossa e sfumature speziate e vanigliate.
Gusto - morbido ed avvolgente,con tannini nobili ben integrati nella trama del vino tali da conferire notevole equilibrio e persistenza; la sensazione intensa retro-olfattiva è ricca di sentori vanigliati e fruttati.
Abbinamento gastronomico - è particolarmente adatto per pasti con arrosti e cacciagione, si abbina perfettamente con salumi e formaggi stagionati.
