About the winery

The CHATEAU DE LOUPIAC formerly belonged to the family of Montaigne. It was sold in 1920 to the DUCAU, who merged it with the Domaine de GAUDIET, and so it became Château LOUPIAC-GAUDIET. The estate currently belongs to Marc DUCAU and is run by his nephew and associate, Daniel SANFOURCHE.
