Vinexus - Infinity of Wine Duitsland
Produced with wine from a single vintage and only the vintages in which the harvest is considered exceptional. Aged in the bottle for more than three years, this is an ideal Cava for connoisseurs. Pale straw yellow in colour with a fine mousse. Hints of nuts and butter predominating on the nose with aromas of ageing. Complex but smooth on the palate with nuts and aniseed on a dry finish. Only complex Cavas with long ageing processes such as this one can combine the low sugar and acid content with elegance .
