| | La Tâche has an explosive nose of spices, aged plum, nutmeg, anise, cherry, rasberry, and almond. It overwhelms, yet it is calm and balanced. In the mouth, the wine is rich almost cab-like . It has depth and an amazingly long finish. FWR indicates aging 2017-2052. I think this wine will improve with age indefinitely.
