Another baby - but this time a v beautiful one;-)

Lots of red fruit and a little forest floor on the nose. A powerful wine, with plenty of tanin, acid and body, lots of cherries and red berries in the middle palate, a little aniseed in the long finish. I guess one could drink this wine right now - however why would one want to throw out the baby w the bath water - especially if the baby has so much potential to turn into a superstar when a little older:-)

Maturity : Keep in cellar(mature 2015 from 2020)

Meaning on the maturity : This wine has a lovely tanin and acid structure, great balance and awesome length. With a few more years of cellaring I do believe the tanins will become velvety and the aroma's will gain significantly in complexity.
