  Dit is een Pétillant Naturel. Vinificatie van P. N. : wanneer de wijn nog niet volledig uitgegist is, wordt hij reeds gebotteld. De wijn gist dus verder in de fles totdat alle suikers in alcohol omgezet zijn. Er wordt echter geen dosage toegevoegd, na degorgeren worden de flessen bijgevuld met identieke wijn. Dit resulteert in een pure (geen invloed van dosage) , zeer fijn parelende schuimwijn met vineus karakter.
