Tasting Notes: Ruby red colour with violet highlights: taste full and clean with slightly bitter aftertaste. Strong, characteristic nose with whiffs of cherries and blackberries along with a hint of sweet violets.
Culinary Suggestions: It accompanies red meat roasts, large ground game, mixed grilled meats, wine based stews, friuli salumi and strong but not spicy cheeses.
Serving Temperature: 18°-20° C.
