	Un moëlleux équilibré de Gascogne...
	Vin issu des vendanges tardives du cépage local gros manseng. La robe apparaît or clair et brillante. Arômes d'agrumes confits, d'abricot et de mangue. Vin rond et structuré. En bouche, l'exotisme s'associe à une grande fraîcheur. Finale de raisins frais. Servi à 8 - 9 °C, il doit convenir avec foie gras, crème catalane, tarte tatin, fromages bleus. Et pour l'anniversaire de Sabine, avec un gâteau "maison" aux petits beurres, en l'occurence.
