The wine is suffering a premature evolution - this is probably due to the Vital grape variety, not considered as a 'noble' variety.
Now this bottle was still particularly good. The nose was already showing some signs of evolution, some crystalized fruits, but the body was still crisp, full-bodied but with great freshness, a mineral hint, rather long aftertaste. It ended up being a good option on a 'Moqueca' with angler, a traditional Brazilian dish made with palma oil and coconut milk.
