Top Rias Baixas!
85% albariño, 10% treixadura, 5% loureiro
Suprisingly, it handled a hot green curry with chicken and scallops flawlessly. The acidity and fruityness balanced good with the coconut, chili and lime. The minerals in the long aftertaste survived noticeably.
