Portugal

Already showing some evolution in the color. Typical Aussie wine in the nose, basically a big fruit salad! Full-bodied, smooth, round tanins, some sweetness, decent balance with no excess of alcohol. It's definitnely not what I'd call a subtle or delicate wine, but it's really tasty and it really works with a spicy chili con carne.
