  *** 3 stars : Good   Bonne surprise...
  Très consistant pour un vin jeunot (il titre 13°), il convient parfaitement sur un plat de pâtes épicé - tagliatelle au chorizo piquant, par exemple - et se boit très (trop ?) facilement de bout en bout. J'y reviendrai très prochainement.
