  Un tempranillo de caractère...!
  Le pourpre de la robe est dense ("cereza picota"). Au nez, fruits noirs (pruneau), framboise, légère touche grillée et note végétale. Suavité et fraîcheur en bouche. Ce somontano peut accompagner des viandes rouges, du poulet rôti et des fromages pas trop légers.
