Tom Burnakis      Jacksonville  (United States)   CDR gotta love it Yum! I love Rhone wines, and a good Côtes du Rhône is a go to favorite of mine. This one was a warm red color with that typical blast of fruit and earth on the nose. There are moderate tannins with a lengthy finish, red fruit up front and some vanilla notes that develop near the end of the taste. Lovely to sit and drink alone, but fantastic with a chicken dish of moderate spice.
