Review

Ageing: A great complex wine thanks to its double ageing process. Firstly, through a biological process known as "velo flor" in our "soleras" of Fino Andalucía, and secondly, through an oxidation process during 25 years in old American oak barrels in our controlled cellars with regulated temperature and atmosphere.
Tasting notes: Between old gold and tawny yellow, with very intense perfumed aroma, pungent and hazelnut, where the years and years of ageing can be appreciated. Ideal for tasting before lunch as
an aperitif. Alone or accompanied, it is also exceptional for combining with soups or between
dishes. It should be served at temperature between 10 and 12ºC.
