Le vin de tous les superlatifs. La cuvée Maison Jaune a la puissance 10. Un vin d'amateur a carafer absolument, a laisser s'épanouir quelques années en cave si l'on est patient. Accords vins - mets : Viandes rouges et gibiers, Viandes blanches et volailles .

Grand, grand, grand !

Je commence ici une série de "dossiers que je ramène à la maison pour les terminer au calme"... ;-) Un superbe moment de cépage Syrah. Dense, tendu, plein de fruits. Dégusté ce matin vers 10h : très fermé; à 16h chez mon ami Pierre au Chai Gourmand : déjà nettement plus ouvert; ce soir at home : délicieux. Un grand vin à mettre en cave encore 2-3 ans pour les plus patients; à déguster tout au long de la journée ou sur 2-3 jours pour les impatients comme moi !
