"A dry red Cabernet Sauvignon wine. An intensive deep garnet colour, on the outside rim it shows off as purple reddish. Marvellous personality wine! Aromas of green pepper and licorice. The nose is predominated by spicy notes combined with hints of violets, vanilla, black plums, and dried fruits (raspberries). Powerful and direct wine. The attack enriches the bouquet of aromas adding layers of cranberries and pomegranates, as well as subtle notes of minerals and smoke. Very fine tannins. Well-balanced wine with a long finish. Made by traditional vinification methods in cement and stainless steel vats at controlled temperature. Maceration lasts for 3 weeks. Matured on lees and then aged for 12 months in new oak barrique barrels. This wine has a great potential for ageing! Best before: 2016. Food match: roasted meat in sauce, grilled meat, red meat and game, lamb leg, cured and strong cheeses. Serving temperature: 18ºC. Highest quality natural cork stopper."
