**** 4 stars : Very good
A medium bodied very smooth red!
Made from Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon, this red has a purple dress, offering a palette full of flavour, in particular fresh red and dark fruits.
With smooth tannins, this Cabernet can even be served lightly chilled (12°C) for the hottest months. Drinkable throughout a meal, this wine best accompanies meats and cheeses, and even chocolate desserts.
