It's a garilla, that's for sure
Dark, rich, tasty are all terms I’d use to describe this. There was fruit and vanilla, a touch of oak and lots of pepper. I think I even got a whiff of that “bacon” that everyone describes with Aussie Shiraz and I NEVER seem to find. I will certainly have this again, and I think a pizza or a lamb chop would be equally as fitting a partner, and it isn’t bad just sitting there quaffing either.
