The Red Barren

Very dark and very fruit forward. Lots of plum and spice on the nose, blackberry, plum and a hint of oak on the palate. Finishes well and long, very good compliment to steaks grilled rare and nothing but some salt and garlic. The hint of sweetness complimented and modified the garlic making it softer.
