  **** 4 stars : Very good   Une bouteille remarquable
  Première dégustation et je suis positivement surpris. Un disque épais et brillant, des très fin filets de très petites bulles, un nez très fin, légèrement brioché, une bouche tout en douceur, bien équlibrée, aucun excès d'acidité, persiste longtemps en bouche. On est très loin de la cuvée classiqe de proposée par Laurent Perrier. Vraiment pas mal mais cher...
