| | I had been thinking to open this bottle for a few weeks now. Got it as a present from a friend who claims to be a chardonnay addict ;-) His enthusiasm was getting to me. So yesterday I opened the bottle and got to enjoy the wonders of the Tokara Chardonnay...
At first i got the delightful fragrances of fruit, vanilla and roasted bread. The taste was fruity and slightly buttery but enough acidity to balance all.
I loved the wine and would certainly recommend it. Would suit a nice dinner or, as i did, a relaxing evning on the couch.
