  Monastrell... ou mourvèdre, même cépage.
  La robe est dense, foncée, presque noire. Olfactivement, des notes de fruits noirs, très mûrs, et d'épices sont manifestes. La bouche est ample, puissante, épicée. Le vin s'accorde avec une cuisine relevée : agneau, mouton, viande en sauces.
  Maturity : Wait for 2-3 years
  Meaning on the maturity : Voire un peu plus. Le vin est déjà très accompli, mais laisse deviner un potentiel de vieiliisement raisonnable.
