Parfait pour accompagner un bolo

Un vin à la robe mauve-violette très profonde. On dirait un jus concentré de mures et de cassis... Nez sur le fruit, bouche ample et tanins encore un peu rèche. Un peu trop d'alcool présent... Pas un grand cru, c'est certain ! Un peu trop acidulé à mon goût... faut vraiment que les épices du plat l'adoucissent...

Un vin jeune et très fruité

Une robe très foncée, tout sur le fruit, accompagne bien les plats tomatés... OK pour les bolos et les pizzas. Ou bien une viande grillée. Pas mal du tout pour le prix !

La robe est de couleur rouge rubis aux reflets violacés. Au nez, bouquet caractéristique vineux et délicat où est mêlé un délicat parfum évoquant la violette. C'est un vin sec, harmonieux, légèrement tannique, avec un goût légèrement amer. Servir à 16-18°C.
