  Vraiment bon, parfait pour cloturer la dégustation. S'accordait à merveille avec les petites brochettes de boeuf à l'ail et aux champignons... J'en aurais volontiers 'goûté' d'avantage !

  Meaning on the maturity : Parfait, c'est l'avantage d'un reserva espagnol. Celui-ci avait déjà passé 24 mois en fût et 18 mois en bouteille avant d'être mis sur le marché.
