  Le cava ! On en parlait de plus en plus, maintenant on le rencontre de plus en plus. Et à raison ! En effet, il s'agit là d'un produit de bonne qualité (comparable au crémants français) encore ditribué à des tarifs très raisonnables... Robe pâle mais très brillante et limpide. Beaucoup de petites bulles, long filet continu. Nez très frais, attaque conséquente et bouche bien équilibrée pour ce brut... Bonne fraîcheur sans négliger le fruit. Vraiment agréable.

  Meaning on the maturity : Les vins effervescents sont rarement adaptés à la garde. Mieux vaut les boires dans les 6 à 12 mois maximum.
