  Un excellent crémant. Robe pâle, fines colonnes de bulles, pétillant persistant, bonne fraîcheur avec un fruit présent. Suffisament sec. Vraiment super pour les apéritifs festifs. La majorité des amateurs préféreront ceci à un champagne bas de gamme, sauf les buveurs d'étiquettes, bien sûr !!!
