  Une belle robe rubis. Au nez, des notes de cacao et de torrefaction, un peu de bois. En bouche, attaque un peu molle, boisé et torrefaction perceptibles. Le fruit a disparu. Bouche très courte. Apparement en fin de vie...
  Meaning on the maturity : Sans doute sur la pente descendante... Grand temps de le boire, si pas trop tard...
