Very nice bouquet, deep and intense, body with good structure but a bit too extracted. Aftertaste where we feel too much the alcohol - I should have served it more chilled.
Less interesting than the first time I tasted it, but I'm sure there's potential here.
I guess it requires to be cautious with service temperature (15ºC).
