Bodegas Ruiz Torres se trouvent à Cañamero, petit village localisé à l’Est du département de Cáceres. Il fait partie du district de "Las Villuercas", Guadalupe. De caractère familial, ce domaine date de 1.870, et il est dirigé actuellement par la troisième génération. Le propriétaire ,D. Antonio Ruiz Torres. Aux limites de ce terme municipal se trouve "La Alberquilla", la propriété est placée à une altitude de 800m. sur le niveau de la mer avec une pluviométrie de 1.200 l. annuel.
Elle en comprend 120ha. de vignes qui contiennent les cépages autochtones les plus importants comme le Tempranillo, Garnacha, Monastrell et Graciano , aussi bien que les internationaux plus connus: le Syrah australien et les bordelaises Cabernet Sauvignon , Merlot , Petit Verdot et Graciano . Dans l'avion international, Caves Ruiz Torres a été capable de placer ses vins dans les marchés internationaux des cinq continents. Bodegas Ruiz Torres has its origins in 1870. This familiar winery is currently managed by the third generation. Its owner, Mr. Antonio Ruiz Torres, turned the village of Cañamero into a significant area in the world of wine when he placed his cellars and vineyards in this nice village of Extremadura region.
Quality is the basis of Bodegas Ruiz Torres’ work. Every wine goes through a strict follow-up and quality control in each step of the production process, from the vineyards to the bottle. Consumer’s confidence is the reward for such noble effort. In the international background, Bodegas Ruiz Torres is positioned in the markets of the 5 continents. Currently consolidated in USA, Europe and Eastern countries, Bodegas Ruiz Torres shores up its position within the Asian market. “La Alberquilla” estate is placed in the outskirts of Cañamero area. It is 800 metres high from the sea level and its rainfall is 1.200 mm per year. This is the most suitable soil for grapevine growing. It is 120 hectares of vineyards with the most significant Spanish grape varieties like Tempranillo, Garnacha, Graciano and Monastrell. As well, prestigious grape varieties from abroad like the Australian Syrah and the Bordeaux Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Petit Verdot. The latter, the sole in Extremadura, provides elegant and complex nuances to the wines.

Antonio Ruiz Torres. Las viñas de Bodegas Ruiz Torres se encuentran en “La Alberquilla”, finca situada a una altitud de 800m. sobre el nivel del mar con una pluviometría de 1.200 l. anuales. Comprende 120ha. de viñedos que contienen las más selectas variedades como la Tempranillo, Garnacha , Monastrell, Graciano así como las internacionales más prestigiosas: la Syrah australiana y las bordelesas Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot , Petit Verdot .
En el plano internacional, Bodegas Ruiz Torres ha conseguido posicionar sus vinos en los mercados internacionales de los cinco continentes. Actualmente afianzados en EE.UU., Europa y en los países del Este en estos momentos apunta a consolidar las bases creadas en el mercado asiático.
