Fantastic
We had a fantastic time here, the house is tastefully decorated and the courtyard is beautiful. Jan and Rob weere really good hosts and knowledgeable about the area. We made use of the local swimming pools which were good value, and very clean. The beaches of Gandia and Oliva were easily reached and Valencia was an easy trip by train from Xativa. (david owen)

Presentation of the room for hosts


Our house is over 200 years old and formerly produced wine and liquers. It is steeped in history and has been renovated very sympathetically and with a particular style in keeping with its historical rootes. We are in the village of Sempere, officially the smallest village in the Province of Valencia and located next to a beautiful lake which is very popular with local fishermen.
We have a beautiful meditteranean walled patio garden where you can enjoy breakfast or dinner or in our dining room which was formerly animal quarters and still contains the original manger.
