Decantalo.com - ES La finca Can Ramón Viticultors del Montgrós situada en el Valle del Montgrós en el parque del Garraf ( Sant Pere de Ribes) consta de 45 Ha. de bosque y 16 Ha. de viña refrescada por la " marinada" en las calurosas noches veraniegas por la proximidad del mar Mediterráneo.El " Terroir" de las viñas esta formado por grava y albero con grandes depósitos calcáreos llenos de fósiles marinos. En la bodega hay modernas instalaciones por gravedad desde la despalilladora a los depósitos de acero inoxidable para la fermentación con control de temperatura, lo mejor de la bodega de Can Ramón es su sala de crianza en barricas. La sala de barricas están formadas por diversos tipos de barrica de roble francés de tostado medio y de diferentes años.

Presentation of the winery

Can Ramon is a vineyard of the XIV century and is a place where the vineyard, the olives, the carob tree and the flock of sheep have always lived together. The previous owner of the vineyard stopped producing wine in the eighties, however the vines themselves continued to grow until the nineties when the vineyard became completely abandoned. Ten years of abandonment left the land and the stately house almost entirely in ruins.
In 2000 Núria Aviñó commenced renovating part of the house and began recovery of the old vineyards. Appellations : Penedés, Catalogne, Cava
