Tiago Cabaço is a young winemaker, helped by his father in the vineyard and by reknown winemaker Susana Estaban in the winery. His mother leads the great Monte dos Cabaços wines and the lovely São Rosas restaurant in Estremoz.
With a modern image and careful winemaking Tiago offers us a very consistent portfolio, from entry .COM and premium .BEB to top Blog wines.
Located in the sub-region of Estremoz in Alentejo the wines typically offer good balance between great fruit and nice freshness: definitely worth a try!
