Minerale geurstart (silex) gevolgd door exotisch fruit (lychee), rozen, vegetale impressies (venkel) en een lichte fumé-toets. Zachte,milde smaakaanzet vol rijp fruit, direct gecounterd door een pak frisse zuren. Krachtige en tegelijk fijne smaak die verrassend sec proeft.
