The Château du Pavillon wine best represents wines from Canon Fronsac. This small 4-hectares property from the 18th century has belonged to the Ponty family for almost 100 years, and is also the family home. Today, Michel Ponty and his family still live there, in the middle of this vineyard.

Château Grand Renouil is considered one of the best wines in Canon Fronsac, and is regularly honored by the most famous wine publications. The estate has been part of Canon Fronsac since the 18th century, and the current 60 year old vines give the wine strength and complexity. Since the Ponty family bought this estate in 1936, this small estate (5.5 hectares) has always had a great reputation with wine connoisseurs.
