Fresh and interesting Sauterne
Lots of smokey honey and candied citrus on the nose, great acidity, good mouth feel and flavours of fresh marmalade, candied meyer lemon, a little candied orange rind and candied ginger in the lingering finish

Wonderfully diverse wine
Sweet, with great acidity and a myriad of citrus flavours: pomelo turns into grapefruit, into meyer lemon, into stewed apricot and apple pie, and turns nutty w a hint of candied orange peel in the long finish.

Great acidity , sweet with lots of iodine and lemon grass notes. Layers of candied citrus, great complexity and long lime peel finish

Rich desert wine
Candied tropical fruit notes, some candied pecan and toasted macadamia on the nose. Rich wine, balanced, with lots of candied notes (tropical fruit, nuts) , a little gingerbread and quince paste in the finish

A surprise wine from the Macon
on the nose, tropical and honeyed notes, w a hint of (good) botrytis, off dry, great acidity, flavours of poached apricots, some candied tropical notes (mango, pineapple) , good weight, honeyed quince in the lingering finish
